  • What is Swedish Fit® ?
  • No matter if you are a fitness fan, a running addict or a fan of softer workouts, this method, designed in partnership with the medical community, comes in 15 different activities, and is open to all, no matter how fit or experienced.All of our classes are group classes, set to entertaining sountracks, and we welcome over 100 members for our 10 weekly classes !

  • A complete workout: Training sequences follow each other to ensure an optimal energy expenditure without exhaustion : warm-up, cardio training, muscle workout, active recovery, stretching. A full hour of sports to stimuating music, in a friendly and positive atmosphere ! stimuating music, in a friendly and positive atmosphere ! * The pleasure of moving: Cercled around the instructor, follow their lead and follow the music ! A 'Swedish Fit' session is a valuable opportunity to take care of yourself, to blow off some steam in a friendly environment, free from any competition or performance burden. A varied offer: 'Swedish Fit®' offers over 4 dynamic and complementary Activities : Standard, Intensive, Family and circuit. Enough to vary your pleasures and fulfill all your desires ! Affordable flexibility ! To make the most of our classes with no need of reservation, 'Swedish Fit' offers unlimited memberships as well as one-off classes. Each is free to adapt their class schedule and change their training venue according to their availabilities, duties and travels !

  • What do I need for a Swedish Fit® class ?
  • Good running shoes are crucial: with a good cushioned front and rear sole, in order to best protect the back and joints during jumping for example. They must also be dedicated to indoors use only. A sports bra is highly recommended for your comfort, as the session may include a lot of jumping.Needless advising you to avoid jeans or skirts... Other than that, any sports outfit shall be perfectly suitable to a Swedish Fit® class. You might also find it useful to bring something to drink, as well as a towel.

  • Where can I find a Swedish Fit® class? ?
  • Swedish Fit offer classes in Geneva, but also in several cities in France. Mainly in Paris, but also Lyon, Nantes, Toulouse, Reims, Strasbourg and Bordeaux, as well as 2 cities abroad : London and Brussels.To learn more about our timetable in France, click here.   • Who can join in ?
  • Everybody can join in ! From age 16. However, juveniles must provide a permission from their legal guardians. Only our Family Activity is accessible, for free, to children aged 5-12.They must then be accompanied by an adult member with a valid membership, or having purchased a one-off class.

  • What is our offer ?

  • How can I try a first class ?
  • For your first class, just come to the specified location 15 min prior to the beginning of the class, so you may sign up for the class with our ambassadors. You will only be asked to provide your contact information for insurance purposes, and for us to reach you in case you wand to receive more information about Swedish Fit.

  • How can I pay for my one-off class ?
  • One-off classes can be paid directly on location. No booking is required. Just try to arrive 15-20 min prior to th beginning of the class and pay for your one-off class cash.

  • Feel like purchasing a members card (a membership) ?
  • Swedish Fit® offers 3 types of memberships : MONTHLY, QUARTERLY and YEARLY. All memberships grant you unlimited access to all classes in all of our locations in Genava. Memberships are purchased with our ambassadors, paid in cash, directly on location.When ordering a members card, the choice of the delivery location is key, as you card will be delivered to this specific location only. It is crucial that you pick an easily reachable venue for you, so you may retrieve your card within the validity period of your temporary membership.

  • Why a temporary membership ?
  • If you choose to purchase a membership, a temporary membership will be issued. It shall be valid for 2 weeks, confirm your subscription and grant you access to the classes until your final membership card is delivered to the location of your choice. You'll have to print it and show it to the hosts to access your class. You'll also need to show it to retrieve your permanent membership card.Does the delivery location for my members card matter? Yes because this is the only location where your membership card will be delivered. It's critical that you choose a convenient location so that you can retrieve your card before your temporary membership expires.

  • In which cases may Swedish Fit refund my membership ?
    • Monthly, quarterly and yearly memberships can only be refunded in the following cases:
    • Serious injuries
    • Permanent relocation for professional reasons to a location where Swedish Fit® is not operating
    • Withdrawal within 14 days (provided that the membership has not been used)

    The refund will be effective upon presentation of a letter of explanation and appropriate supporting documents (letter from the employer, medical certificate...) within 3 months after the date of suspension of your membership. You'll also have to return your membership card no later than 3 months after cancellation. All due documents must be sent to swedishfitgeneva@gmail.com.

  • How can I suspend my membership (and receive a compensation voucher) ?
  • You can suspend your quarterly or yearly membership in case of pregnancy, injury or other temporary reason. The membership suspension will be compensated for as a voucher, equivalent to the duration of the suspension, upon presentation of a letter of explanation and appropriate supporting documents (letter from the employer, medical certificate...).All due documents must be sent to swedishfitgeneva@gmail.com. Please note that vacations or absence for personal reasons will not justidy for a suspension of your membership. You'll also have to return your membership card no later than 3 months after the beginning of the suspension. The voucher will be sent by email and can be used for purchasing another membership.

  • What is the members card for ?
  • The members card is the one distinctive sign of Swedish Fit members ! It exists in plastic version.Your members card proves that you are properly signed in, and must be handed to our ambassadors to join a class. It is therefore a valuable document, and must be carefully kept. How can I get a members card?

  • How can I get a members card ?
  • In order to be granted a members card, you must fill a registration form to provide contact details and a photo (taken at a Swedish Fit location), and your payment must have been accepted.

    Your card will ready for you within 2 weeks from your subscription date, at the location where you subscribed. Please note that we will only issue your membership card in exchange for your temporary members card.

    * Note that without a photo, your members card cannot be printed. Without a photo, you cannot be identified, and might not be granted access to classes.

  • What may I do if my card is lost or stolen ?
  • You must sent an email to our Members Relationship Team (swedishfitgeneva@gmail.com), and commit to return your members card in case you find it.To obtain a copy of the lost members card, an amount of 5 CHF will have to be paid to cover issuing costs.
